Total of 10 x 4-man accommodation units built to full offshore spec for oil major and still in unused condition.
Each module consists of 4 single berth cabins with shared Wet Unit facilities and 1 Locker Unit
The 10 LQ Modules were designed and constructed in September 2007 to accommodate 40 offshore personnel. The LQ Modules are identical in size, outfitting and weight.

The Accommodation Units consist of washrooms, furniture, flooring, ceiling panels and wall panels contained within an A60 Structural Module. The Locker Unit consists of one unit of equivalent dimensions and specification to the LQ Modules containing lockers and changing room facilities.
Currently these units are not self contained. Electrical supply and distribution will require to be fed from an external MCC source. The PA System is not stand alone. In all other respects these Units are stand alone and we understand the Electrical and PA issues can be easily converted by the buyer, to make these self contained.
The Units are fully Compliant with the latest NORSOK Standards.
