Description.

20.12 X 20.12 Meter Aluminium Helideck to be installed upon an "Anchor Handling Supply Vessel" according to CAP 437 standards as well as the CAA Paper 2004/02 "Helideck Design Considerations - Environmental Effects", which must be consulted for the design of helidecks on floating installations and vessels due to their dynamic motions.

The helideck is designed for accommodating a Super Puma AS332L2 for use in the Gulf of Mexico.

The aluminium deck planks shall be of Aluminium 6005-T5 alloy and the substructure including the beams, channels, angles, and plates shall be of 6061-T6 alloy.

All bolting shall be stainless steel bolts and we shall provide neoprene isolators to prevent any potential corrosion where the aluminium may come in contact with carbon steel.

The helideck shall have (24) perimeter lights, (2) floodlights, (1) wind cone, electrical cables, junction boxes, all of which shall be in compliance with CAP 437.
